article 2
As soon as the registered person has been successfully mediated by an address nominated by Bents Housing, the rental agreement has been signed, the deposit, commission and the 1st month’s rent have been paid, the mediation by Bents Housing ends. Bents Housing is no longer liable after this.
article 3
Bents Housing cannot provide any guarantees, but does its utmost to find a suitable home for every home seeker. The personal data will be retained until the home seeker indicates that he or she is no longer looking.
